The Ontario Human Rights Commission has released their latest take on mandatory vaccines, passports and testing, here: http://www.ohrc.on.ca/en/news_centre/ohrc-policy-statement-covid-19-vaccine-mandates-and-proof-vaccine-certificates. In light of this update, and the new directives that the Province released a few weeks ago, we are in the process of updating our covid testing content. Question & AnswerWhat happens at a Social Benefits Tribunal ODSP appeal?
The (SBT) member makes a decision after the hearing.
You get the decision in the mail, usually within 2 months. The SBT also sends the decision to the office that made the decision you appealed. This is either the or your local ODSP office.
If you win your appeal, ODSP will have to do what the SBT decision says.
If you lose your appeal, you may want to talk to a community legal clinic to find out if there are other steps you can take.
