Decisions about ODSP
If you disagree with a decision by ODSP, you may be able to appeal the decision.
To appeal means that you ask the (SBT) to decide that the decision is wrong.
But before you can appeal a decision to the SBT, you must ask for an of the decision. And you must do this within 30 days from the date you got the decision.
