Where can I get help with my landlord if I can’t afford a lawyer?The (LTB) has a phone line where you can get general information about the Residential Tenancies Act and about the LTB process.
You can speak to someone Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside of those hours, there is an automated phone menu that can give you basic information on some topics.
