4. Consider making a claim with the Ministry of Labour

If your employer hasn’t paid you what they owe you, you might be able to get the money by making a claim with the Ministry of Labour. If your employer did not give you pay stubs, the Ministry can order them to follow the law.

You have up to 2 years to make a claim from the date the employer owed you the wages.
