I bought something online. Can I cancel my order or return it?The time limit for you to cancel the agreement depends on which rule the seller broke.
If the seller didn’t give you all the required information, or a chance to correct any mistakes or to change your mind before you placed your order, you have the right to cancel the agreement up to 7 days after you get a copy of it.
If you do not get your copy of the agreement within 15 days, or if it does not contain all the required information, you can cancel it anytime up to 30 days after you made the agreement.
If the seller is more than 30 days late delivering the goods or starting the service, you can cancel at any time. But this right to cancel ends once the seller tries to deliver or start the service or you agree to a later delivery or start date.
If the seller used an unfair practice, you can cancel at any time within one year after you made the agreement.
