DSO says I don’t qualify for services and supports. What can I do?
When you apply for services and supports, your local Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) office reviews your application to decide if you qualify. You should get a response within 20 business days.
If the DSO decides that you don’t qualify, they will send you a letter with their decision. The letter should include a reason for their decision.
You can challenge the decision by asking them to review their decision. But there is a deadline so you need to act quickly.
