La Commission offre les services de m\u00e9diateurs. Le m\u00e9diateur vous aidera, vous et votre propri\u00e9taire, \u00e0 trouver un terrain d’entente. Il peut vous t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner avant l’audience, ou vous pouvez le consulter le jour de l’audience. Dans certaines r\u00e9gions de la province, vous ou votre propri\u00e9taire devez demander \u00e0 la Commission de mettre un m\u00e9diateur \u00e0 votre disposition si vous voulez avoir recours \u00e0 ses services.<\/p>\n

Faites attention \u00e0 ce que vous acceptez lors de la m\u00e9diation. Si vous signez une entente et que vous y contrevenez par la suite, votre propri\u00e9taire pourrait \u00eatre en mesure de demander une ordonnance d’expulsion sans vous remettre d’avis<\/a> et sans qu’il y ait d’audience.<\/p>\n

Assurez-vous de conserver une copie de l’entente issue de la m\u00e9diation. Sachez que la Commission ne garde aucune copie.<\/p>\n

La m\u00e9diation n’est pas obligatoire. Vous et votre propri\u00e9taire pouvez essayer de vous entendre sans l’aide d’un m\u00e9diateur. La m\u00e9diation peut toutefois se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler utile parce qu’elle vous permettra d’obtenir plus d’information sur la requ\u00eate de votre propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n
