Si vous croyez avoir une raison valable, vous pourriez d&eacute;cider de contester l&rsquo;avis.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques exemples de raisons valables&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous ne croyez pas que votre propri&eacute;taire&nbsp;entreprendra r&eacute;ellement les travaux cit&eacute;s.<\/li>\n<li>Les travaux peuvent &ecirc;tre r&eacute;alis&eacute;s sans que vous ayez &agrave; d&eacute;m&eacute;nager.<\/li>\n<li>Votre propri&eacute;taire&nbsp;ne r&eacute;ussira pas &agrave; obtenir un permis de construire.<\/li>\n<li>Les travaux que votre propri&eacute;taire&nbsp;veut faire ne requi&egrave;rent pas de permis de construire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi contester l&rsquo;avis s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas valide. Par exemple, si l&rsquo;avis vous a &eacute;t&eacute; remis moins de 120&nbsp;jours avant la date &agrave; laquelle vous devez &ecirc;tre parti, ou s&rsquo;il ne contient pas toute l&rsquo;information exig&eacute;e dans la <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/node\/113228\" target=\"_blank\">formule&nbsp;N13<\/a>, il n&rsquo;est pas valide.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous ne d&eacute;m&eacute;nagez pas, votre propri&eacute;taire&nbsp;devra demander &agrave; la Commission de la location immobili&egrave;re de rendre une ordonnance d&rsquo;expulsion. Il devra prouver qu&rsquo;il a respect&eacute; la loi et qu&rsquo;il a un motif juridique pour vous demander de d&eacute;m&eacute;nager.<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez le droit de contester l&rsquo;avis d&rsquo;expulsion lors d&rsquo;une audience devant un membre de la Commission.
