Vous avez d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 le 31&nbsp;mars sans aviser votre propri\u00e9taire. Ce dernier ne s&rsquo;en est rendu compte que le 6&nbsp;avril lorsque le concierge est venu chercher le paiement du loyer. Si vous aviez remis un avis le 6&nbsp;avril, la date de r\u00e9siliation aurait pu \u00eatre fix\u00e9e au plus t\u00f4t le 30&nbsp;juin. Votre location prendra donc fin le 30&nbsp;juin, et vous n&rsquo;aurez plus \u00e0 payer le loyer apr\u00e8s cette date.<\/p>\n<h3>Exemple&nbsp;2<\/h3>\n<p>Vous avez un bail de deux ans qui prend fin le 31&nbsp;ao\u00fbt prochain. Vous avez d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 le 31&nbsp;mars sans avoir d&rsquo;abord avis\u00e9 votre propri\u00e9taire. Ce dernier s&rsquo;en est rendu compte le 31&nbsp;mars lorsque vous \u00eates venu rendre vos cl\u00e9s au bureau de l&rsquo;immeuble. \u00c0 cette date, vous auriez pu lui remettre un avis pour r\u00e9silier votre location le 31&nbsp;mai \u2013 si vous n&rsquo;aviez pas eu un bail de deux ans.<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez toutefois une entente de location \u00e0 terme fixe. M\u00eame si vous aviez remis un avis le 31&nbsp;mars, la date de r\u00e9siliation aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre la derni\u00e8re journ\u00e9e du <a class=\"ylr-glossary-term\" rel=\"100290-100396\">terme<\/a>, soit le 31&nbsp;ao\u00fbt.
