Il peut <strong>seulement<\/strong> l&rsquo;utiliser pour&nbsp;le loyer de la derni&egrave;re p&eacute;riode de location de votre bail. C&rsquo;est pourquoi on appelle souvent ce d&eacute;p&ocirc;t l&rsquo;avance de loyer du dernier mois (loyer du dernier mois).<\/p>\n<p>La fa&ccedil;on la plus facile de r&eacute;cup&eacute;rer votre d&eacute;p&ocirc;t est de ne pas payer votre derni&egrave;re p&eacute;riode de location avant de d&eacute;m&eacute;nager. Vous pouvez demander &agrave; votre propri&eacute;taire&nbsp;d&rsquo;utiliser votre d&eacute;p&ocirc;t et les int&eacute;r&ecirc;ts qu&rsquo;il vous doit, s&rsquo;il vous en doit. Si la somme n&rsquo;est pas suffisante, vous n&rsquo;avez qu&rsquo;&agrave; payer la diff&eacute;rence.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;avez pas r&eacute;cup&eacute;r&eacute; votre d&eacute;p&ocirc;t de cette fa&ccedil;on, demandez &agrave; votre propri&eacute;taire&nbsp;de vous le rembourser.
