Dans tout lieu o\u00f9 <strong>six personnes ou plus <\/strong>travaillent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, cette politique doit \u00eatre mise par \u00e9crit et affich\u00e9e \u00e0 un endroit bien visible.<\/p>\n<p>Cette politique pourrait faire partie d\u2019un cadre comprenant des politiques sur d\u2019autres sujets&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Violence au travail;<\/li>\n<li>Sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail;<\/li>\n<li>Une politique anti-harc\u00e8lement ou anti-discrimination qui rel\u00e8ve du <em>Code des droits de la personne<\/em> de l\u2019Ontario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De plus, la loi interdit \u00e0 votre employeur de vous punir pour avoir d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte en mati\u00e8re de harc\u00e8lement.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, il peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de <a href=\"\/fr\/common-question-plus\/employment-and-work\/o%C3%B9-puis-je-obtenir-de-l%E2%80%99aide-et-des-conseils-relativement-%C3%A0\" target=\"_blank\">demander des conseils juridiques<\/a> avant de parler \u00e0 votre employeur.
