Il vous expliquera la marche &agrave; suivre.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous demandez un remboursement de 500&nbsp;$ ou plus, ou qu&rsquo;un grand nombre de plaintes ont &eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;pos&eacute;es contre la soci&eacute;t&eacute;, le Minist&egrave;re peut enqu&ecirc;ter ou essayer de r&eacute;gler l&rsquo;affaire par m&eacute;diation.<\/p>\n<p>La m&eacute;diation est le processus par lequel vous et la soci&eacute;t&eacute; essayez de r&eacute;gler la plainte ensemble. Un m&eacute;diateur qualifi&eacute; est une personne neutre qui ne prend ni position ni d&eacute;cision. Son mandat est de vous aider &agrave; conclure une entente.<\/p>\n<p>Le Minist&egrave;re peut aussi ouvrir une enqu&ecirc;te si la m&eacute;diation &eacute;choue. Le Minist&egrave;re peut ordonner au vendeur de respecter&nbsp;les r&egrave;gles ou l&rsquo;ajouter &agrave; la <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/node\/113509\" target=\"_blank\">Liste de mises en garde pour les consommateurs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dans certains cas, le Minist&egrave;re peut traduire le vendeur en justice pour non-respect de la <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/node\/113510\" target=\"_blank\">loi sur la protection du consommateur<\/a>.
