Si le parent payeur touche un \u00ab&nbsp;revenu complexe&nbsp;\u00bb, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser le <a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/node\/111754\" target=\"_blank\">Service des pensions alimentaires pour enfants<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le revenu du parent payeur est jug\u00e9 complexe si au moins <strong>un<\/strong> des crit\u00e8res suivants s&rsquo;applique&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le parent payeur gagne moins de 12&nbsp;000&nbsp;$ par ann\u00e9e ou plus de 150&nbsp;000&nbsp;$ par ann\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Plus de 20&nbsp;% de son revenu provient d&rsquo;un travail autonome, de revenus locatifs ou d&#8217;emplois saisonniers.<\/li>\n<li>Il tire la majorit\u00e9 de son revenu de ses fonctions d&rsquo;administrateur, d&rsquo;associ\u00e9 ou de dirigeant, ou de son r\u00f4le d&rsquo;actionnaire majoritaire.<\/li>\n<li>Il gagne la majorit\u00e9 de son revenu en esp\u00e8ces et au noir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates le parent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire et que vous croyez que les bulletins de paie ou les d\u00e9clarations de revenus du parent payeur n&rsquo;indiquent pas la totalit\u00e9 de son revenu, n&rsquo;utilisez pas le Service.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, le parent payeur pourrait recevoir son salaire en esp\u00e8ces ou ne pas d\u00e9clarer tous ses revenus.
