Signez une convention d&rsquo;arbitrage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une fois que vous avez choisi votre arbitre, celui-ci r\u00e9dige habituellement votre convention d&rsquo;arbitrage, qui indique notamment&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les litiges que vous tenterez de r\u00e9soudre au moyen de l&rsquo;arbitrage;<\/li>\n<li>le nom de votre arbitre;<\/li>\n<li>la date et l&rsquo;heure des s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;arbitrage;<\/li>\n<li>les documents \u00e0 transmettre et leur mode de transmission;<\/li>\n<li>la personne qui paie l&rsquo;arbitre;<\/li>\n<li>ce dont les partenaires peuvent faire appel s&rsquo;ils ne sont pas d&rsquo;accord avec la d\u00e9cision de l&rsquo;arbitre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avant de signer la convention, vous devez&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la lire attentivement;<\/li>\n<li>vous assurer qu&rsquo;elle contient tous les d\u00e9tails importants du processus;<\/li>\n<li>la faire lire \u00e0 votre avocat;<\/li>\n<li>poser toutes vos questions;<\/li>\n<li>vous assurer de la comprendre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous <strong>devez <\/strong>obtenir un avis juridique ind\u00e9pendant&nbsp;(AJI) avant de signer une convention d&rsquo;arbitrage.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/common-question-plus\/family-law\/o%C3%B9-puis-je-trouver-un-avocat-pour-une-affaire-de-droit-de-la-famille\">Un avocat<\/a> peut aussi vous expliquer ce que la loi dit sur vos droits et vos responsabilit\u00e9s.
