En vous envoyant vos notes par courriel, il vous sera plus facile de prouver la date de leur r\u00e9daction.<\/p>\n<p>Essayez de noter&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la date, l\u2019heure et le lieu de l\u2019incident;<\/li>\n<li>le nom des personnes qui ont fait ou dit quelque chose;<\/li>\n<li>le nom des t\u00e9moins, s\u2019il y en a;<\/li>\n<li>la fa\u00e7on dont vous avez r\u00e9agi sur le coup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous avez re\u00e7u des courriels ou lettres discriminatoires, sauvegardez-les ou conservez-les aussi.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019incident de discrimination concerne une politique ou une r\u00e8gle, ce serait une bonne id\u00e9e de vous en procurer une version papier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"template":"","yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.14 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>2.
