Les mauvais traitements peuvent \u00eatre d&rsquo;ordre physique, sexuel ou psychologique, et il y a n\u00e9gligence lorsque les besoins fondamentaux de l&rsquo;enfant, comme manger, avoir un toit, dormir ou se v\u00eatir, ne sont pas satisfaits.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, une personne pourrait signaler ses pr\u00e9occupations \u00e0 propos d&rsquo;un enfant \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfance si elle croit que les parents&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sont violents l&rsquo;un envers l&rsquo;autre;<\/li>\n<li>frappent ou ligotent l&rsquo;enfant;<\/li>\n<li>privent l&rsquo;enfant de nourriture;<\/li>\n<li>se livrent \u00e0 des attouchements sexuels sur l&rsquo;enfant;<\/li>\n<li>laissent l&rsquo;enfant seul, sans les soins dont il a besoin;<\/li>\n<li>exposent l&rsquo;enfant \u00e0 une situation ou \u00e0 des personnes dangereuses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selon la loi, un enfant n&rsquo;a besoin de protection que si une ou plusieurs conditions pr\u00e9cises sont remplies. Par exemple&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>il a \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9 par un parent;<\/li>\n<li>il risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre bless\u00e9 par un parent;<\/li>\n<li>il a \u00e9t\u00e9 agress\u00e9 sexuellement par un parent;<\/li>\n<li>il risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre agress\u00e9 sexuellement par un parent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si le tribunal juge qu&rsquo;un enfant a besoin de protection, il peut ordonner ce qui, selon lui, est dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de l&rsquo;enfant, par exemple, son placement sous la garde d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"template":"","yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.14 -
