Faites-le aussit\u00f4t que possible pour ne pas oublier de d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9cidez de porter plainte contre votre employeur, le gouvernement ou la personne ou le groupe ayant fait de la discrimination contre vous, sachez que des notes \u00e9crites pourraient vous aider \u00e0 prouver les faits.<\/p>\n<p>Dans vos notes, donnez le plus de d\u00e9tails possible, comme&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>quand et o\u00f9 l&rsquo;incident s&rsquo;est produit;<\/li>\n<li>qui a dit ou fait quoi;<\/li>\n<li>qui d&rsquo;autre a vu ou entendu ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>comment vous avez r\u00e9agi sur le coup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous avez parl\u00e9 de la discrimination \u00e0 une personne en situation d&rsquo;autorit\u00e9, par exemple votre propri\u00e9taire, votre employeur ou votre gestionnaire, assurez-vous de noter sa r\u00e9ponse et la fa\u00e7on dont il a r\u00e9pondu.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de conserver vos notes.
