Renseignez-vous sur l&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;une d\u00e9cision du programme OT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If Ontario Works (OW) makes a decision that you don\u2019t agree with, you may be able to <a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/common-question-plus\/social-assistance\/i-disagree-decision-about-assistance-ontario\">appeal the decision<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ask OW for the decision in writing right away.<\/p>\n<p>To appeal, the first thing you have to do is write to the OW office that made the decision and ask for an internal review.<\/p>\n<p>After you\u2019ve asked for an internal review, you can appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>The Tribunal isn\u2019t part of OW. It has the power to make a different decision.<\/p>\n<h3>Getting help<\/h3>\n<p><a class=\"links-link ext new-link\" href=\"\/node\/111377\" target=\"_blank\">Talk to a community legal clinic<\/a> if you disagree with the OW decision.
