Un paiement d\u2019\u00e9galisation est une somme d\u2019argent qu\u2019un conjoint mari\u00e9 verse parfois \u00e0 l\u2019autre conjoint apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9paration ou un d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l’autre partenaire. Il vise \u00e0 partager l\u2019augmentation de la valeur des biens du couple survenue durant leur mariage. <\/p>\n

Pour d\u00e9terminer le montant du paiement d\u2019\u00e9galisation, chacun des partenaires calcule la valeur de ses biens familiaux nets<\/a>.
