Ces paroles ou gestes peuvent \u00eatre injurieux, embarrassants, humiliants, d\u00e9gradants ou non d\u00e9sir\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le harc\u00e8lement peut se faire au moyen de courriels, de documents, de photos, de plaisanteries ou de commentaires, notamment sur&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la race, l\u2019identit\u00e9 sexuelle, l\u2019expression de l\u2019identit\u00e9 sexuelle, le sexe, un handicap, l\u2019orientation sexuelle, la religion ou l\u2019\u00e2ge;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019habillement, la fa\u00e7on de parler ou les pratiques religieuses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le harc\u00e8lement qui contrevient \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation sur les droits de la personne constitue une forme de discrimination.
