Pour sous-louer le logement, il faut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement obtenir l&rsquo;accord du propri\u00e9taire. Le locataire demeure tout de m\u00eame responsable envers le propri\u00e9taire du paiement du loyer et du maintien en bon \u00e9tat du logement.
